Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RadiSlot ("the Platform"), including our web booking apps, salon management software, or WhatsApp bot integrations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Usage & Free Trial

RadiSlot provides a 3-Month Free Trial for new salon business accounts (up to 3 branches). After the trial period, subscription billing applies at a transparent flat rate of ₹499 per active branch per month, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Zero Booking Commission Guarantee

RadiSlot operates on a zero-commission model. We do not take per-appointment commission cuts from salon service revenues. Salons retain 100% of their customer booking earnings.

4. User & Salon Responsibilities

• Salons are responsible for maintaining accurate stylist shift rosters and service price lists.
• Users must provide valid phone numbers to receive WhatsApp booking confirmation passes.
• Spamming, fraudulent bookings, or unauthorized API misuse is strictly prohibited.

5. WhatsApp Messaging Fair Use

Each salon account includes 1,000 free automated WhatsApp messages per month. Message usage above this quota can be topped up at standard Meta API utility rates.

6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

RadiSlot strives for 99.9% system uptime. We are not liable for indirect operational disruptions, salon walk-in delays, or third-party WhatsApp service provider outages outside our reasonable control.
